Banana & Berry Hemp Seed Pudding

After barely 24 hours there, I'm still baffled as to how I came up with two completely different blog concepts

I am not complaining, and neither are my taste senses. Let's make a simple, healthy dessert.

When we travel, it might be difficult to locate anything sweet other than dairy-free chocolate at the grocery store. 

So when we discovered a neighborhood cafe with vegan alternatives, I was overjoyed.

Because of the language barrier, I was unsure what I was ordering. But I knew it was "dairy-free" and a "pudding" with "berries." Good enough for me.

This dish is really basic and straightforward, requiring only six ingredients and one bowl (food processor).

The idea is simple. Similar to a thicker banana-berry smoothie with hemp and chia seeds. The end result is a naturally sweet "pudding" that's ideal for nibbling or a light dessert.

It almost goes without saying that this dessert contains free-radical fighting antioxidants from the berries, potassium from the bananas, Omega 3 fatty acids and protein from the chia seeds, and all 20 amino acids
